Installation of PTF02011

This PTF gives the user the option to permit or disallow the logging of existing objects as new objects. 

Simply restore the objects received in the PTF save file into the FENIX library.

This option defines a new special indicator 56-Permit logging of existing objects as new(default N=No), which, when set to Y=Yes, will permit existing objects to be logged as new objects. At present the user is always notified when this occurs with the option to ignore(I) or cancel(c) the log request. However, if this indicator is set to N=No, then the user will not be allowed the ignore(I) option.
