Installation of PTF02016

This PTF resolves the problem with selection of tasks for emergency modification (option 8 of the FENIX menu) The user was not presented with the authorised tasks for emergency fixes.

After restoring the downloaded ptf software restore the following objects into the FENIX library:

1. SCL002;
2. SCL002FM;
3. SCL002FX;

No other action is required.
